So let's go to the beginning and I'm going to play it for you in full frame and although we are seeing a red line over here, this effect is accelerated, meaning that usually you don't need to build a preview for it. There are only two sliders over here, and a test mode which will allow you to see the frame before and after. Now you've got few presets if you want to choose from them, but usually this is what I'm doing, I'm just raising the sensitivity to 100%. So, no worries, we can just raise the sensitivity all the way to 100 and basically this is it. So, if I'm just once again going to press "shift + m" we can see that in few places, let's just find out here, for example, we are still seeing some leftovers. Let's drag and drop it on top of this clip and once again, if we just like to see the default step, we can just press play and already we are seeing almost like a magic treatment that most of the flashes are gone, but not all of them.

So let's go to the Effects panel and I'm going to start to search for "Flash Remover" and this should be enough to show us this Flash Remover Pro plugin. And to fix those problems will be a lot of tedious work, so instead of working like this, I'm going to rely on a third party tool from New Blue Effects. You can see that this overexposed area is different in all cases so sometimes it's in the upper part of the frame, sometimes it's just in the middle of the frame, sometimes in the lower part.
So let's select the time line, and I'm going to press "shift + m" in order to show you what the flash is looking like, and this is not just a white frame. All right, so just so you'll see what we are dealing with, I've marked the clip on the places where the flashes are hitting the frame. Now we used to see these camera flashes from ceremonies of an opening red carpet event, but here in this case, I think the moment is more important so let's try to clear the frame so we can concentrate and emphasize the emotional part of this moment. In the following clip that was taken by (mumbles) a talented wedding videographer, we can witness the most thrilling and sacred moment when the groom puts the ring on his bride, and then a handful of camera flashes are glittering and floating the frame with an unwanted treatment.
